Hello Everyone,
The Buddy program has had several fun events at IMSS over the last month. We had a movie night that was nejoyed by over twenty people and included lots of popcorn and a pizza dinner. Everyone enjoyed the movies and we will definitely do another activity like this with the projector.
More recently the buddy program had a games day where participants were able to play video games, do arts and crafts and make their own t-shirts. We even made posters on the computer and printed them off. The creativity was going strong!
Our next activity is coming up on Saturday at Fort George Park. We will be at the park from 11am until about 4pm. We are joining with a youth group from the Native Friendship center tro play games, enjoy music and have fun in the park. You might even win a prize!!
Hope to see eveyone soon!
Shaun
